Assistant Secretary Moriarty's Terms of Sale read at the first Loud Sale on
14th June 1861.
1. After a careful examination of the ground, it has been found impossible to put up the number of lots mentioned in the former Advertisement of the instant, and only 50 lots, having sea frontage of 100 feet back, can at present be offered for sale. These lots will all be on the seaward side of the road. Lots on the land side of it, and like suburban Lots in general, will require more time "to take effect".
2. Each lot in this sale will have a sea frontage of 100 feet, nearly. The depth from the sea to the road will necessarily vary considerably. The actual extent of each
